Terms:

Cash is preferred, Credit is ok (buyer’s premium applies), Checks only to known and established bidders (have bid in 10 or more auctions with us).

We do not automatically charge your card after the auction, please bring payment with you to the pick up.

6% Sales Tax is applied where applicable.

There is a 5% buyers premium, however, we will waive it for CASH purchases on this auction.


ADDITIONALINFO  Fees will be applied for disposal and/or transportation on any item not picked up on the scheduled date.

Winning bidder to disassemble. Located directly behind a garage door, should make for easier tear down.

Was told that the compressor was serviced sometime within the last 5 years.

We turned it on and it was just a few seconds before the inside started to get noticeably colder.

There is another compressor up on top that does not go, that one goes to a different freezer. Hooks and other accessories are not included.
